I was born and grew up in Dublin and moved to the UK about 20 years ago with a degrees in Physiology and Physiotherapy under my belt to work for the amazing NHS.
I got busy having 3 kids at some point and started working in private physiotherapy practice to fit work in and around school runs. After a difficult first delivery with my first born (approximately 16 years ago) I decided to specialise in pelvic health physiotherapy and have never looked back and had as much job satisfaction since!
I recently opened my own practice “the pelvic academy” in North London, dedicated to people and their pelvic health over the life span with a strong emphasis on pregnancy and postnatal recovery.
I am a full member of POGP (pelvic obstetric gynaecological physiotherapists), a Mummy MOT practitioner and have completed a certification via Brunel University in advanced clinical practice in Pelvic Health.
